Excited to get involved and meet some quality people!
Hi Everyone!
I've taken a jump and become a realtor in my journey to be a real estate investor. My wife an I currently live in between Mount Vernon and Bellingham. My wife makes a heck of a commute to downtown Seattle everyday and I'm working out of the John L. Scott office in Mukilteo. We are looking for a duplex or tri-plex in Everett or Lynnwood area to fix our commuting problems. I've been following the Big Pockets podcast and would love to meet so more people to talk about how you've gotten started in this crazy area. Looking forward to meeting people and some of the meetups in the area and online!

@Julie Marquez Thanks! Yeah the Skagit area has been a little more affordable, but that is quickly changing. My family lives up here in the Valley so I'm not opposed to finding some investment properties up here, but I need to start with something we can live in, in Everett. :)
