You need to build reviews and reputation, and bad reviews will severely hurt you.If the inquiry fees like spam, it probably is.

Create or convert your Facebook page to just talking about real estate and spam people with news and facts on the market.

Doing this, you will be able to quickly look through your messages and see who followed your small instruction, and who is just spamming every job application they can and hoping to get lucky.

Lately, my activity feed seems spammed by someone I don't even like but I keep him as a colleague to watch his activity because I know who he really is and what he's really trying to do so I'm keeping a close eye on him.
