They may even know of properties coming up for sale or owners that are tired and want out. 

I am sick and tired of disclaimers, because it's the same thing as saying "My article is bunk, and at best it maybe just pie in the sky!" 

So my friend and I are sick and tired of paying ridiculous rent in beautiful Vail, Colorado.

I'm so tired of my current job that I actually spend more time at work focusing on my craft of buy and hold lol.  

I am a 49 year old layed-off oil & gas person that is tired of being someone else's pawn.  

At the moment i am tired of dealing with administrative stuff but i will pass your information to my co-investor who might be shopping for new services to avoid what i have been going through.

Problem is that sellers want proof of ability to pay in order to avoid tire kickers, which is quite understandable. 

I have asked several girlfriends to come out to one with me but they are so tired of me talking about real estate all the time that they certainly don't want to go to a meeting :) It would be great to have someone to go with. 

My suggestion is to find listings about to expire (6 months, the seller is tired and more motivated than first listed).

I'm tired of tire kicking and just reading about real estate.
