I’ve researched my tail off, have spoken with realtors, etc but i’m looking for first-hand experience.How is the STR market in the Dunedin area of St Pete?

It has restaurant sizzle and cool hippy dippy gardens with chickens in the backyard, but not the tourist demand of downtown Oakland, SF, or other areas..

Not trying to twist anyone's tail but it almost seems hypocritical to want to make the majority of our money through self employment but then indicate that others who do the same are unworthy as renters or tenants.

Sounds like he might be in a tail spin.The PM should not have taken payment when it wasn't paid in full and started the eviction process.

I agree that you are probably going to lose your tail if you sell it with houses still being built.

I look for the biggies like sagging roof, missing shingles or tiles, rotted siding, etc... if the place looks decent, then my tail is wagging.

We caught the tail end of the NPN market but there were still reasonable priced NPN's in the market.
