Rent payment/Late payment
Hello Bigger Pocket,
My tenant was paying rent on time initially, After about six months he started paying on the seventh, Rent is due on the fifth, After few months he started paying on the tenth, He only added $50 on one occasion for late payment. Now he is trying to be paying the rent partially in two installment. I was not aware of some things because of poor communication by my property manager. I need some advice moving forward. Thank you all.
