New to real estate investing, looking to learn as much as I can then getting out and growing a nice rental portfolio
Would like to start with a few flips as I am in the construction business and have some idea on what that entails.
I am just starting to get my feet wet in real estate investing, while I am married this would be a solo venture as my wife has no desire to participate/contribute to the investments for my retirement. My goal is to retire early, preferably in 15 years but that might prove to be a major challenge.
