Inherenting tenant with 2 pitbulls

Happy New Year everyone!

I recently purchased an investment property and will be inherenting a family with 2 pitbulls.

Please advice on how I should word a clause in the contract to protect myself as a landlord with such breed of dogs.

I usually rent to family with small pets so this is new to me.

Should I get extra home owner insurance?

Wishing you all a healthy and prosperous 2014!!
