New to investing but interested in apartments. Has anyone heard of Lance Edwards and would they recommend his small apartment course?

I just returned from Lance's Houston boot camp and was thoroughly impressed with the presentation, and the success stories that come out of his program. I live in Houston, and have been an investor in single-family homes in SE Texas for some time, but am interested in getting into small apartments and multifamily properties to leverage my time in a better way than houses do. (Houses can be flat exhausting.)

I was turned on to Lance by his book on Amazon, "How to Make Big Money in Small Apartments," and how real estate entrepreneurs can get into multifamily with other people's money rather than your own.

I met one of his students who bought the home study course Lance offers and was able to put a 27-unit apartment complex under contract with owner financing using none of his own money. The book actually had a lot of case studies, but meeting an actual student who has done it makes me more convinced this will actually work.

I'll admit Mark above has it right about his webinars... the slides aren't all that pretty, but does that actually matter if the education actually works? The Good Book isn't formatted to meet our aesthetics either, but it makes a man wise, wealthy and free.

I'll endorse Lance without having made my first apartment deal because I believe the education I've received is good; I will update to let you know how it is going.
