Thanks Andrew I may not be a good judge of that because I don’t know anyone personally who does real estate investingSo my only interaction with other investors is here at bigger pocketsI do think the Internet and YouTube etc are great resources but I think they’ve created a false dream with so many more gurus who make it seem so easy People talk about BRRRR as if it’s a new concept My father gave me $1.99 paper back almost 50 years ago they talked about doing it that way I wish I had actually learned from it lolI do think I’m very blessed in a way because I never found books in the library or any other information about how to flip houses so I would just stumble my way through and never looked at anyone else or any source for easy answers so now to me with the Internet and YouTube it’s just so much easier than it used to be for me personally but it could be just because I have more experience
