New Real Estate Tech Concept

Hey guys, I'm dabbling with a business idea, and I'm wondering if it has any teeth.

Imagine this: you've interacted with a potential client, but they haven't committed to you yet. In order to give them more confidence, you send them a link where this potential client can start a chat conversation with one (or many) of your existing clients. Your existing clients can earn rewards for chatting with potential clients.

Would this be helpful in any way? Does it seem like it's solving an actual problem? What concerns would you have?

(At this point, I'm just trying to gauge the overall concept. We'd figure out the mechanics of how it works only if the concept is validated.)
