Certainly the low hanging fruit is gone, but with patience and homework, you can still find the occasional gem.

I think that the BP community will help me learn how to achieve my goals in real estate, and at the same time build connections that could turn into fruitful partnerships in the future.I recently read the beginners guide to investing (which was great) and plan on getting the book of flipping houses soon too.

I’ve been foraging through these forums for a couple months now, and am now finally starting to delve into the BP, and the real estate world.Just a little information about myself; I’m 21 years old.

Or my kids get bored and pluck all your fruit and veggies off the vine before they're ripe.There's probably a million other scenarios like this that I haven't thought of.

Don't let the old guys tell you that you should wait for age, "life experience", legally binding Joint Venture contracts, etc...
