Hello,

My name is Carlos and I am a new member. I am a Real Estate Agent in the Palm Beach county Florida area. I got my license a year ago and will like to start investing in the real estate market. Flipping houses and buy and hold. Can someone recommend a good book to learn about flipping? Thanks in advance for your help.

Yep, @Steve Vaughanis absolutely right, @J Scott wrote an excellent book on flipping and another one on estimating rehab costs.  You can find them here:

A few tips to get you started:

Start here. You'll get a wealth of REI knowledge and learn how to take full advantage of Bigger Pockets (including how to connect with other South Florida investors).

Listen to the podcasts , get active on the forums & set up key word alerts to be notified when people are discussing topics you're interested in.
