What the H*ll is wrong with some of these wholesalers in South Fl

Man, I have come across many wholesalers, who when i call them, and talk to them about me being a wholesaler and that i may have buyers who may be interested in their properties.

Letting them know that i wouldn't mind wanting to work with them on deals they have. They all say "oh sure no problem, " but as soon as one of my buyers finds one of their properties that they actually WANT TO BUY, they all get casper (meaning ghost), missing, no answering calls or text. This is crazy and bad for business. But I am just going to continue building my business, until i maybe come across a couple of decent people to JV with.

thanks for the vent BP, I needed it lmbo...

Has anyone else experienced this, or is it just me?

Well...  I think wholesaling is basically illegal in Florida.  So I am not really surprised.
