I rent rooms mostly to professional interns for Google, LinkedIn, Stanford Hospital, Apple, NASA, and plenty other businesses.

I've found investor agents on Facebook groups and LinkedIn and I know they're on BP.Keeping in touch with wholesalers is another great source for deals.

Linkedin has one guy's job so I called there today and he no longer works there and no one knows where he is.  

Since  I have taken an interest in real estate, I began following a real estate investor on the LinkedIn.

I already check facebook/ linkedin etc. to try to stop that, but does anyone have experience with requiring a w-2?  

If it was that easy, everybody would do it.Hopefully you will have a presence on LinkedIn or facebook or your own website that the owners can look you up and see that you are a serious buyer.
