Hello Biggerpockets, 

My name is Levi Shiverdecker. I am a Ph.D. Studwnt at Prnn State and am currently teyung to gain as much knowlege of real estate as possible before making my first hime purchase.
My goal is to invest in real estate in order to gain wealth in a passive manner. I am currently looking to buy and hold. I would like to house hack my first property while I am in school and move on to larger buy and hold strategies once I have a better understanding of the real estate business. I am working within a difficult market here in State College but am searching continuously for that one good deal I need in order to get started.
