My husband and I are newbies starting out and struggling with analysis paralysis.  I am a licensed Realtor and he has no real estate experience at all.  I do consider my real estate experience a plus as I am familiar with most areas and most comps off the top of my head.  I know his will come with time and experience but we are struggling with areas to concentrate on:  Divorce, absentee owners, probate, foreclosure, etc.  We need to choose and focus and not be changing from week to week.  We have been given about 15000 code violations leads and have driven for occupancy but I am at a loss as to how to  find current addresses and phone numbers for vacants.  So far neighbors have been unhelpful.  Is Spokeo or Intellius worth the money?  Thanks.
