Hi everyone, My name is Rashida. I am interested in investing in the Baltimore area(21239,21206, 21230) specifically. My partner and I have been educating ourselves and listening to the biggerpockets podcast daily. We find it difficult to actually get into the homes without a realtor. We were communicating with one, however he is dragging his feet. We both reside in PG county. Any suggestions?

@Rashida Reid

Connect with the listing agent avoid splitting commissions they tend to handle all the banks reo's in the area. Call them ask them who on their staff they want you to work with.
