I have investors who've bought Airbnb investments in cities near Denver (Arvada, Wheat Ridge, and Littleton), and in Colorado Springs and the mountains, and all of them are pulling in roughly what AirDNA said they would.I used to feel the same as you do about a lot of areas that have successful Airbnbs -- why would anyone go there?

If you want something closer to home, look at the Olympic Peninsula - Port Angeles and Sequim are good ones close to Hurricane Ridge and the entrance of Olympic National Park.

Have you done your homework and noticed that the median home prices in the Peachtree Ridge High School cluster is in the $180k range?

I just moved to the Pea Ridge Arkansas area for work and I don't know anyone, I also lack knowledge of the area.

I recommend Riva Ridge.

There seems to be a good amount of development over there, including small multifamily (their zoning seems to be a little more favorable for this than most of Englewood, although take a look at Englewood's zoning map since there are definitely areas where they do allow small multifamily properties).Lots of Lakewood falls into the same type of boat, some neighborhoods I've explored have been Harvey Park, Ruby Hill, and Mar Lee although there are other good ones around there as well.A lot of my friends and fellow investors/househackers really like stuff further north in Sloan's Lake (already a little too developed for me at this point, although still deals to be found if you're willing to really put the work in), Wheat Ridge, Edgewater, and Arvada (Old Town Arvada is actually a really awesome spot to check out!). 

Also want to briefly mention the bridge over 1-26 by the Blue Ridge Parkway, is expected to be half completed by mid-2023.
