Introduction: Just moved to Pea Ridge Arkansas area.

Hello everyone! I am new to the website but I have been a viewer for a long time, I've also wanted to get into real estate for a long time. I just moved to the Pea Ridge Arkansas area for work and I don't know anyone, I also lack knowledge of the area. I'm learning all I can about real estate via analyzing deals, estimating rent, Goolging so much, reading and watching BP content, and saving my money. I am wondering if anyone here is in the area, would love to meet new friends. I'm very interested in continuing to learning and eventually aquire rentals. I appreciate your time folks, thank you!
