@Sawyer Smith Haven't found any objects that were especially unsettling but the last house I bought had a felon with a warrant for his arrest, a prostitute he was pretending was his girlfriend (lol) and the helpless dad in it.

I always recommend calling the for lease signs too, and pretending you thought it was a for sale sign.  

I would use discretion in your case but find a way to let them know the neighborhood cares instead of pretending not to see anything.  

You can also pretend to be a renter and do some secret shopping.

Obviously you take on the risk that the person you're fronting the capital for rips you off but pretending for a moment that you don't need to worry about it.

Landlording on-site is not easy and you can't pretend you are not the owner.

Any investor running around pretending they don´t make mistakes is lying or delusional.

I don't want to cause worry with the other tenants, but I don't want to be a scummy landlord and pretend this isn't happening. 

Just pretend you are a tenant and do a rent survey and see what their alternatives are.

Im always opened to any advice or help from anybody , I don’t like to pretend like i know everything so any knowledge I can get , I’ll take it .
