New to Real estate investing

Hi my name is Asdrubal , Im looking for any tips and advice on Real Estate investing . My goal is to educate myself as much as possible through out the year so I can hopefully come down to closing my first deal . I’m currently Reading “Rental property Investing” by Brandon turner im just shy of finishing it then I’ll be reading “Rich dad Poor dad” by Robert Kiyosaki . Im 22 years old also a full time journeyman Electrician.

My long term goal is to one day reach financial freedom and also create long term wealth for my family not just for me . Im currently saving as much as possible and on the Road to building my credit so when the time comes I can have everything aligned . Hopefully I can start looking into purchasing a property by the end of this year and start building the portfolio little by little . Im always opened to any advice or help from anybody , I don’t like to pretend like i know everything so any knowledge I can get , I’ll take it .
