A person recently contacted me hoping to rent with me for 3 days per week, but I already have a roommate in BR2 and a ‘couch-mate’ in the rear living room.

@Michael Baum The one we're looking at has a single bedroom downstairs and a pull out couch, so potentially sleeps 4 depending on how big the couch bed is.

They direct deposit & except for her occasionally taking our dog to her clinic we rarely see them.When the dog goes in for treatment she's NOT caged but hangs out on the Vets office couch until she's delivered to us at home & we get the friends & family discount.

I have a feeling they couldn’t complete sale of a couch and are trying to delay due to that. 

And on the 8th day you go from couch sufing to taking your rental back.

You can add some rubber floor mats or even a rug for a different area (if you have a couch or sitting area perhaps).

They gave notice to move out, and left behind two full size couches, a tv some expensive tennis shoes and of course a bunch of trash - yay.

I video recorded the home before she came to walk through. she started pulling up the couch cushions and and wiping every surface with her fingers.
