I ask every caller the same questions and document it, and if they don't meet the minimum requirements for the property that my company has set, then they are not eligible to view the property ... period.

Some of the most glaring problems are the fact that calls will routinely ring for 60 seconds or longer before being answered (they claimed several weeks ago to have solved this issue but I have told them numerous times since that I can clearly see through CallRail that they have not), there is a complete lack of consistency in the questions asked and information provided, there are errors scheduling appointments, their phone reps routinely lie directly to the callers claiming that they live in the local area but have only recently moved there so they don't know any landmarks (this is after I have made it explicitly clear to Call Porter that they are not to do this but rather be honest with the callers that they are not local but the owner of the business is), phone reps don't bother gauging the seller's motivation or equity prior to setting up appointments, and a multitude of other issues.

Our biggest issue currently is keeping up with spam’d caller ID’s: we’re using 50 phone numbers and typically keep the lines to 3 per agent or less.

If someone is on a litigator list and is contacted by a telemarketer... chances are they will file a Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA) lawsuit against the caller.

Then I have cold callers and there calling and connecting on average about 50 calls a day meaning live calls.

I did speak to XenCall and the only reason I haven’t switched is mainly because the payment isn’t monthly, but quarterly and I’m not comfortable paying for 3 months on something that I don’t know too much about and at the same time having to get cold callers adjusted to it temporarily or permanently, which can be a hassle.At the end of the day $100 plus or minus a month on a subscription is definitely not as critical as the quality of the cold callers, scripts, and systems you already have in place.I’m sure you know in this business that one deal will make up for everything and I think that’s what we should be focusing more on.Once we get more deals and systems are in place, getting other software that’s newer or more expensive might be a route that I’ll take.

I wholesale full-time, 5 days a week 8 hours a day and I make 80-85 calls a day (leads that have been vetted by VA's, cold callers).
