2022 Best Auto-Dialer for a small Team

Gabriel Edwards
Posted

Howdy folks! Hope I’m posting in the correct category here.

I run a small (3 man) cold calling team here in DFW. Currently dialing anywhere from 5k - 20k phone numbers per week, and we have come to a point where we need to figure out how to check our numbers for (spam likely) flags.

CURRENTLY we are using calltools. Overall, it’s a good platform, solid customer service. Our biggest issue currently is keeping up with spam’d caller ID’s: we’re using 50 phone numbers and typically keep the lines to 3 per agent or less. We learned you can check these numbers by dialing our personal cell phones, but this is far from a perfect solution since we are only checking none carrier at a time.

Signed up for caller ID reputation… didn’t work so well.

So the golden question; is there a better dialer we should be using, for our size AND provides a number checking spam feature? Thanks!
