I wholesale full-time, 5 days a week 8 hours a day and I make 80-85 calls a day (leads that have been vetted by VA's, cold callers). I am able to get 3-6 deals a month with those states. I do local wholesale and virtual. Local is Norther California and virtual is Orlando, Tampa and Charlotte.
