I've been scanning the forums for topics on hiring a cold caller and I now think we have a clear idea on what type of person to bring on!

I was shocked sellers actually called, I had one caller hold on to it for 6 months before calling. 

As real estate cold callers do we need to consider the National Do Not Call List>

Bonus Question: Any tips on how to convert an upset caller (who says "stop calling me") into a sale??

Hi BP,Only few properties under my belt I realized the power is in controlling the deal.I hired a full time cold caller who makes 1200 calls a day.Would love to connect with someone more experienced in this field who can share some of his/her insights about their cold caller team.

There's really no room for "why"...and adding "there are other applicants" shuts the door.Be clear on what you want without elaborating and then quickly assess whether the caller qualifies to move forward in the process - or onward to find something else. 

I have found luck going on Upwork.com and searching for callers in Central America, I found a small call center this way by asking them if they worked with one.

I use Mojo for my cold callers, and somehow just realized they have skip tracing for $59/month flat rate.Does anyone have any recent experience with it?

Plus it keeps you from having to go door to door as there are some neighborhoods that I'm just not going to get out of my car in.The only draw back is be ready to get a pissed off caller on the phone.
