Sylvon Roberts
Posted

I am in dire need of a mailing letter template to start to get in contact with potential sellers, and am on the search for my first deal, so any help would be great. Thank you all so very much.

Yeah... no do NOT do the letters above.

PEOPLE PLEASE think on your own.

let me say this again

FOR FROG SAKE PEOPLE< THINK ON YOUR OWN.

Does these letters look "normal" to you?

Does this look credible?

Do you think your seller will receive just oNE of these funky letters?

NO a TON of investors will write this crap.

Now again think for a sec.

What is the purpose of sending a hand written letter?

You want to sound "real" organic right?

Now answer me this.

When was the last time you wrote your mom, girlfriend, cousin a letter on a yellow paper with red ink?

Never?

OK then, do you think such a weird letter will make you look organic, real, credible?

For petes sake. It is ONLY the DMM companies that will tell you to do it that way. WHY? Because they NEED everyone to believe this works otherwise how on earth will they exploint you? oops I mean.. how on earth will they make money?

Now consider MY answer and see for yourself if my answer makes more logical sense.

How about you send them a clean crisp white printed letter with your company logo on the top, and you say something like this

Dear Mister Brilliant,

My name is Monkey Butt and I am the owner of MSOOTKAUG is Sexy and Buys houses LLC.

I am an investor and house flipper and after doing a bit of analysis on your home, I would love to see if you may be willing to sell your house to me.

We offer cash and eliminate all the hassles of a traditional sale. We also can provide you with a proof of funds upon request.

If you are not interested currently please forgive our intrusion and we suggest you keep this letter at nad just in case you or anyone you know may ever want to sell in the future.

Remember selling to us means no agent fees, no repair costs, no cleaning no nothing.

Again my name is MSOOTKAUG The Sexy and we love to hear from you.

Monkey power.

Now seal that in a white envelope, and send it away.

If 1 seller gets 30 yellow letters and ONE Jerryll letter, which one do you HONESTLY think they will ATLEAST check out?

OK then

THINK gaadamnit people

THINK!
