Im not interested in being in debt but want to actually own property outright.My philosophy restricts me immensely but i like the buffet ways of thinking - buy for life unless you have a reason to get rid of it in the future.

It can take a year or more to find that first person who is willing to take a risk with you, and the weight on one's shoulders to perform is immense.

Not only are the prices low, with companies like Amazon, Toyota, and Mazda planning to build in Alabama, the increase in employment opportunities is immense.

I actively network with other folks who are actually active there and am able to leverage their mistakes and nuggets of sound advice and it's been immensely helpft.
