Hi, I’m new to this!

I’m looking to get into real estate investing in the Mississippi Delta region - specifically Helena West Helena, AR. I’ve joined a few groups and will be attending some networking events. Anyone here in the same area (or close proximity)? I’d love to link up!

I’m specifically interested in restoring the community by buying houses and flipping; however, I’ve read some books on wholesaling and think it may be my entryway into real estate investing.

Any suggestions on where to start?
