Hey everyone ,

I from Queens NY and I have been saving some money to buy my first investment property. I visited Orlando last year and liked the area and have been doing research on the market, Many real estate agents dont respond on zillow and it's hard to get things in place from a distance.

I came across Grant Cardone's video but it led me to this place instead which is pretty great since there are so many helpful people here.

Becuase i have been saving cash, I would like to stick to cash deals. The impression ive been getting from the big time real estate people is that money is built upon existing property and navigating through various financial products is where the real advantage is. Im not interested in being in debt but want to actually own property outright.

My philosophy restricts me immensely but i like the buffet ways of thinking - buy for life unless you have a reason to get rid of it in the future. I like the idea of owning a property i can see myself living in. So yeah thats my intro.

hope to connect with you guys and girls soon. Take care
