Closed $3,900 Fixer upper Saint Louis, Mo

Hello BiggerPockets, I wrote a post about four months ago when I joined BP about either buying a single family home or a multifamily building. Well I want you to know that I just closed on a 4 unit fixer upper in Saint Louis. I have been here for the last couple of days working on the property doing some cleaning. It needs a lot of work but what can you expect from a $3,900 Quad. It is still standing and I walked all through the property and didn’t fall through the second floor. LOL ! I want to replace the roof and some windows to keep it water tight. Do you know any good contractors in Saint Louis that aren’t afraid to work on the rougher side of town. Please drop their info below. Looking for all trades.
