Doesn't mean all condo buildings are great, probably 10% are sitting nicely right now and you have to find out which ones are.My major recommendation is get insurance quotes first.

We wanted to find our path to replacing that income and not sitting in a corporate cube 8-10 hours a day.  

@Josh Walker Hope, I am not late but right now I have a quote sitting less than 100 bucks per month.

I am starting to think about selling the unit since rent is $2,300 and my P&I&Taxes are sitting at $2,100.

But anyone who has a job sitting in front of a computer can be replaced. 

I have heard that the VA Loans are the most restrictive, as far as a Property can have virtually " NOTHING "  wrong with it, I'E. has to be in Liveable/move in condition as the property currently sits,  in order for it to qualify.Given this, What things will usually disqualify a property for getting approved for a VA loan ?

Now sitting at a 740-750 after a few small loans preparing for “now”.

Outside sitting furniture is good but if it is on the lawn don't get heavy furniture as the lawn guy has to move it.

Sits on a 0.44 acre lot. 

It's the kind where you're sitting behind the pedals instead of above them - I'm sure there's a technical term for them.Anyway, I started studying and/or reading while riding and actually find myself going for an hour or more at a time and not even realizing it.
