We would throw them in for free whenever a customer bought a solar system from us if they had an FPE panel or other outdated panel that wouldn't pass inspection (Zinsco's with their breakers melted to the busbar, Zinsco's rebranded as GTE-Sylvania (but not all GTE-Sylvania's), and some panels made by Challenger Electric, Westinghouse, Bryant that used a similar design as the Stab-lok/FPE for awhile but these are far less common and not all panels made by those brands are bad like FPE), split bus panels, fuse boxes, undersized 60-100A mains, etc.).

The way i see it is if someone asks if i have a website i do if someone asks me for my e-mail it's on my branded card i can hand out and if they want to know more they can add my socials on the card and visit my website.

It's actually gonna be for yours too since, while I answered your question, I didn't concluded with what I'd do so I'm gonna mention it here.Depending on the buyer's situation, I almost always suggest that buying pre-construction is better as they are normally the best deals by far financially speaking and you get a brand new property, which is more in demand with renters and buyers, as in pretty much any market.
