Brand new to real estate investing

Grayson Landon
Posted

Hi everyone,

My name is Grayson Landon, and I am new to the world of real estate investing. I have not done my first deal yet but have begun looking, and I plan to invest in New Castle County to start. I have a goal of finding some like-minded people in my area with which I can connect and start to learn about this process in more detail. I have a goal of buying a duplex before the end of 2024 as well. I got interested in real estate investing around a year ago after hearing about the financial benefits of investing and after talking to a family friend who does this as well. I am also a recent college graduate and am looking for an entry level job in the real estate world to gain some experience and knowledge, but the job search has been difficult. I have a Bachelors degree in graphic design, but I really just want to get into the real estate investing world rather than the graphic arts world.
