Investment Info:

Townhouse fix & flip investment.

Purchase price: $150,000
Cash invested: $35,000
Sale price: $251,000

The address is 1225 Oak Forest Ct you can look up the full renovation details and pictures I did to the property brand new kitchen, Lvp, carpet and Bathrooms. This was a fix and flip I did about a year ago with about 35,000$ of sweat equity put into. Was able to sell for 251,000$. Looking for more distressed or vacant homes for my next fix and flip.
