What are the best areas in Georgia to invest? Looking for a fix and flip.

Hi All, 

A new investor here looking for my first property to flip. I have been looking in Athens, Augusta, Macon, Calhoun and North GA. Would like to stay outside the metro area.

Ideally an area that's growing in population and homes are in the 200-300k range.

Would appreciate any advice.

I actually used to live in Cumming and my wife grew up there. HA! Small world. I've got a stack of off market deals and work with a few flippers. There is money to made here, for sure.
