If everything pans out, you should be able to find a private investor.

I guess it's just like the stock market - if your horizon is long enough and you're diversified enough, it "should" all pan out.

If it can be caught with a bucket or pan, have the tenant do that but get to it ASAP. 

I think that's one of the big issues is that it's hard to know who you can trust and who will do a good job until you actually work with them (even people who are referred sometime don't pan out) :-/

But thinking about it I could see it being nice while cooking to have all your spices, plates/pans etc all right there in the open.  

The drain line was plugged, water was backing up and triggering the kill switch, which shuts off the outside condenser to prevent more condensate from collecting and overflowing the pan (single story house, inside unit is in a closet and the pan is inside the unit). 

One of her newest ventures is pop-up camper rentals where the camper is delivered to your camp site and set up for you with items such as pots/pans, plates, glasses, etc included for use.I've been monitoring the bigger pockets forums, blogs, podcasts,etc and haven't seen much on this topic.

Presently we have lots of sensors (moisture, motion, light, sound, etc) that can be used to provide input to control the HVAC system, lights, appliances, alert us when there is water in catch pan under the laundry or water heater, etc.  

I work in the dental laboratory field which has not panned out as well as it has in other cities but I am hopeful with the amount of like minded individuals within this site I can create real success. 

The majority of the concerns I see in the UNLV area are pan-handling, not violent crime.
