New to Gainesville FL

Hi BP Community, 

I am a new to the Newberry/Gainesville area. Recently moved from Tallahassee, and Jacksonville shortly before that. My family has been in the rental business in a small scale for as long as I can remember. With that said, I should have paid attention a little more. I am looking to get out on my own, make some connections and offer a helping hand to any professionals looking for someone to tackle low hanging fruit with the intention of sharing some wisdom. The strategies used in this region may be very different from the rest of FL I'm sure. 

I still have a home in NY with three units, one that is occupied by a relative (bought in 2007) which is a nightmare. I work in the dental laboratory field which has not panned out as well as it has in other cities but I am hopeful with the amount of like minded individuals within this site I can create real success.
