Adverse Weather Condition
I just started renting my first rental property so for right now, I manage the property. I was just wanting to know, during adverse weather conditions what do you do if your tenant calls and reports a problem of leaking water and the roads are a solid sheet of ice and none of your maintenance personnel cant make it to the property?
Thanks for you help BP
