I am actually going to glaze over this so the stains don't bother me, but that sticky residue has to go or the glaze won't go on or stick well.

I just mind my own business and help my investors earn a good return, and wake up in the mornings when I am finished sleeping with enough passive residual income that I know all the bills are paid even if I do not get out of bed.

I recently decided that I didn't want to   follow the status quo of purchasing my first starter home but instead I would like to purchase a 2-3 unit multi family home, living in one unit and renting to other(s) out and them being able to turn it into residual income and purchasing more.
