Hello everyone, I'm from North Carolina and have no experience in real estate what so ever. I recently decided that I didn't want to   follow the status quo of purchasing my first starter home but instead I would like to purchase a 2-3 unit multi family home, living in one unit and renting to other(s) out and them being able to turn it into residual income and purchasing more.  Any advice will be greatly appreciated. Thank you.
