avg cost to build 2 story 4bd 3ba mid-grade finishes in West LA
I want to build a 2 story 1750 sq ft house, 4 bed 3 bath, with mid-grade finishes, in West Los Angeles. It will be built on a flat lot.
What is the avg construction cost (or maybe a range), per square foot? What about the cost for an architect and permits?
Also, if you have any suggestions for architects or contractors, let me know! Thanks.

Hi @Chris Morris - I am an architect/investor in LA. Happy to chat. A bit of feedback below:
Const cost ranges typically between $300-450 from what I have heard and been seeing for new construction. That excludes the soft costs (design/engineering/permits).
