Interested in getting into Property Management
Hello,
I have several questions on property management if anyone who has been involved with PM would be so kind to give me some guidance.
I understand PM can be stressful and lead to late hours in the office dealing with clients, tenants, contractors, ect. I am an organized individual, problem solver, computer savvy and able to learn different complex software.
I am looking to start my own property management company in Ohio, as I enjoy the residual income that comes with it. Does anyone know how difficult it is to get a broker to sponsor a property management company? I understand I need both my RE license, and broker license (unless I get a sponsor).
Does anyone know what fees they charge when you are sponsored by them?
Thanks,
Ryan
