Which lead me to this site and BP's podcasts, I'm ready to start transitioning from passive real estate lurker/investor (own 2 properties) to digging into the trenches a bit more with real estate. 

Looking to transition from physical labor and earned income to more of the passive income.

Hi all,I have 8 rental properties and will be refinancing them and pulling out cash, but first want to refinance my primary residence in a nontraditional way because I'm transitioning from being a W-2 professor to a self-employed investor. 

What I like about this is that I also use Cozy for rent collection so it is easy to transition your tenants to this payment service if that is your preference.I will say this, I also check the local civil database for any open cases.  

Now I'm hoping to transition to real estate investing. 

I'm currently analyzing the real estate market there as I want to transition into full time investing. 

How do you initiate the transition from renting to buying for the tenant?  

I am not an investor, I am a high school educated self made businessman who made the difficult journey and transition from government assistance apartments as a kid to the proverbial country club.  

After many years in construction and construction management, I'm transitioning into real estate.

How have other people dealt with this transition from using personal credit to business credit.Any financing recommendations for Profitable new started businesses?
