Hello,

My name is Libby and I live in Baton Rouge, LA .  I've been a civil structural designer for decades.  My current career industry is project driven and when there are no projects, there is no work.  Several years ago, I was out of work for two years.  I tried to get work anywhere, even applying for jobs in Nigeria and Russia, to no avail.   So my once perfect credit is trash and I'm still trying to climb out of that hole.  Now I'm hoping to transition to real estate investing.  I've been studying with FB for months, but lack the credit and starting capital.  Recently Baton Rouge has had what they call a 500 year flood and I would really like to rebab some of these homes that are coming onto the market from that event.  Most of these houses weren't even in a flood zone.  I'm hoping to find financing through BP that can work with me and my situation.   Thanks for reading.
