Hey everyone! After listening to the Mad Fientist's podcast with biggerpockets founder, Josh... Which lead me to this site and BP's podcasts, I'm ready to start transitioning from passive real estate lurker/investor (own 2 properties) to digging into the trenches a bit more with real estate. 

Nice to meet everyone and looking forward to kicking this into higher gear.
