How do you transition from Personal to Business Credit

So as most people, I started buying property the tradition bank/ conventional way, with personal credit and guarantee. I just opened my new Business checking account/ with EIN. Should I starting pay our rental property mortgages and expenses from new Business checking account?

The goal is to prove I have an established profitable business (profitable now) and can start applying for Business credit.

How have other people dealt with this transition from using personal credit to business credit.

Any financing recommendations for Profitable new started businesses?
