Kitchen was a full gut, including some of the sheetrock, framing in a smaller window, all new cabinets, applicances (except fridge), plumbing, electrical, and floor.

The appliances are all fairly new (fridge, ceramic cooktop stove, microwave/hood, no dishwasher) and we put down new tiled laminant (sp?).

Also fridge/stove.

An old mobile home vacant that only needs one section of wall replaced, stove, fridge and maybe a coat of Kool Seal on the roof for good measure.

I stepped on his fingers and he fell several stories, but the bast--- was still moving around on the pavement so I dragged my fridge out and pushed it off the terrace onto him.

I remember during college times I rented a place where I just had to bring my fridge, stove and cabinets were already there.But there is also one big difference (besides the beer): If I want to change a broken 40 cent receptacle here in Milwaukee, I technically have to buy it (40 cents), get a permit from the city (min. $43 or something). and hire a licensed electrician (min. 1 hour charge for 5 min. work, $70).So that costs me now $113.40 already!

Not that I want magnets on my fridge, just curious.

Nice new fridge, big as will fit nicely, is a big selling point in a flip.

I could be wrong on this point too...Cleaning depends on size of the place; I recently spent $150 to clean both levels of a duplex, which included baths and kitchens plus cleaning things like mini-blinds and the stove and fridge (those last 3 tend to be some work with rentals).
