You don't need the huge fridges and ranges untill you get to a higher price point IMO...

The store needs a deep clean of the floor, fridges, kitchen area, decluttering, etc., and it is in the Bronx, NY.

Replace it with a normal fridge.

I just bought a new-build townhouse in Nov 2024 that included a washer, dryer, fridge, microwave, HVAC, etc. for $240k.

Then, for example if you don’t provide a fridge (which we recommend you do not), you will deduct the amount for the fridge as well.

Unless it is a gently used 1 year old fridge, I would get a new one.

Fridge door seal is cracked in several areas needing replacement.

Appliances look nice until the pet hair destroys the fan on your nice stainless steel fridge and you are out another $1k+ to replace it... 

Thank you for your input.Keep a cheat sheet for your property(ies) with color brand/codes for each room and common info needed such as appliance info, fridge opening HxW, etc...Paint should be standard sets of colors for all the properties you have.Flat means hard to clean, repaint it all.
