I am also networking here on BP by finding all of the Cincinnati natives that I might be able to work with and sending colleague requests.I feel more pressure to get the property sold than I did negotiating and getting it under contract...but regardless I will have a much better buyer's list for next time around, so hopefully it will be less stressful.
