It's a great sub-demographic within the student population - fewer incidents than with the "native" students; very good referrals to newly arriving international students.

Wealthy land developers from Manhattan rarely put their money down on loosing horses.FYI - I'm an import from New Jersey, not a native, so I'm no auto industry apologist or otherwise emotionally blinded to economic realities.

I am also networking here on BP by finding all of the Cincinnati natives that I might be able to work with and sending colleague requests.I feel more pressure to get the property sold than I did negotiating and getting it under contract...but regardless I will have a much better buyer's list for next time around, so hopefully it will be less stressful.
